FitSphere accepts credit card via Stripe. All prices are in USD
We require each student to have a personal invitation, so multiple bookings are not allowed. Please make sure the email address submitted is correct when submitting. If at first you don't see it in your inbox then check your junk/spam folder. We would recommend to add email@example.com to your contacts so you don't miss an email from us again.
If you think you cannot make it to class that’s ok! Cancelation is available for up to 48 hours prior to the event. Stripe takes a processing fee, so the full amount will be returned minus transaction fees. Email: Jenna at firstname.lastname@example.org for cancelations and please give some time for the amount to be reflected in your account.
Tickets are strictly non transferrable - meaning they cannot be swapped for other classes. If you can't make it personally and would like to let a friend come instead that's ok too. Email us with their first, last name, and email for registration.
Our booking system is not an app and all FitSphere classes are events with a lot of preparation in place. After 48 hours your space is firmly reserved and prepared for you. We are unable to process a refund after 48 hours due to this set up and preparation. Whether you use your space or not it is still reserved for you and everything is prepared just as if you were there. Thank you for your kind understanding and we hope you take care of your health leading up to class to avoid cancelation.
