This brand new style of yoga with weights adds strength training to your regular yoga poses. Safe for everyone to pick up, light weights will immediately tone and sculpt the body while burning more calories than even a hot yoga practice. You will love getting leaner with Liv as you move with free weights to upbeat tracks in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls. These fit-yoga lessons are only found here in Singapore, so don’t miss the chance to try this one of a kind class.

What to Bring: Core Collective has everything! For class wear supportive stretchy clothing, no shoes, and bring a bottle of water to refill. Towels, yoga mats, and weights will be provided.

Booking FAQ

1. How long is a session?
A session is 1 hour long. During a session, options for movements and weights will be given for newbies and those with injuries. Please let Liv know before class if you are new or need modifications.

2. How do I book a class?
Click the BOOK NOW button. FitSphere uses a system called Booksteam. To book a class click CLASS, BOOK NOW, choose a date, and time, then enter your name and email address and make payment. Your FitSphere account will not work on Booksteam.

3. How do I pay for a class?
FitSphere accepts credit card via Stripe.

4. Can I book for a friend?
Yes, you can, but you must sign out of your own account first. Then create a new account for your friend with their name, email, & phone number. You cannot book multiple members under 1 name or account

5. My package is incomplete. Can I get a refund?
Class dates are final and buying a package is at student’s discretion. FitSphere is unable to refund incomplete classes & packages over 2 months from payment date. Please note: November 10th will be the last class. For refunds within 2 months there is a 10% deduction for transaction fees incurred.
